are only those necessary to adapt their spirit to the proposed scheme for indirect recruitment.
6. The scheme of indirect assisted emigration
once satisfactorily arranged, could be made of general application: for besides the case of arawak, there has been recent correspondence concerning a similar proposal
for the singkep Tin Mines.
